He thrives in early-stage environments, bringing sharp analytical skills, operational know-how, and a true "roll up your sleeves" attitude to every role. He is not your typical CFO as he aims to partner holistically and deeply with every Executive leader he works with, and he’s built Zeroto20 in that image.

Jason brings over 15 years of experience spanning revenue operations, marketing analytics, and financial strategy. He has a rare ability to bridge the worlds of finance and go-to-market execution — having led operations and growth initiatives at companies like Mainstay, Smarter Sorting, and Burning Glass Technologies. Jason is energized by helping founders and leadership teams build the systems and strategies they need to scale.

Barbara brings over a decade of independent accounting expertise along with deep experience managing the full financial and operational heartbeat of growing organizations. She has supported tech-driven companies through every stage — from early-stage startups to scaling teams — with a steady, detail-oriented approach that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

With a background spanning public accounting at RSM, startups like Alyce and Vizit, and even running her own successful small business, she has the versatility and genuine care for her clients that makes her a trusted partner at every stage of growth.

Madeline’s background spans financial reporting, data analysis, and business operations across industries including tech, food retail, and contracting. Known for connecting the numbers to the bigger picture, she brings a sharp analytical eye and a collaborative, solutions-first approach to everything she does.

CharLynn has a strong background in accounting, payroll, and organizational management.  She is known for making complex financial concepts approachable and brings a practical, people-first approach to her work—partnering closely with teams to improve systems, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency. She combines hands-on expertise with a collaborative mindset, helping organizations build strong financial foundations that support long-term success.

Allie has over six years of accounting experience. She is detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Allie brings a proven ability to implement efficient financial strategies that improve precision and identify discrepancies to all of her clients.

Gigi has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an Associates Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology; bringing a unique blend of analytical skills and technical expertise to Zeroto20.  He is a versatile professional with a diverse applied mathematical background spanning civil engineering, land surveying, drafting & design, masonry, carpentry, coaching, teaching, and accounting.

Accountant

Adam is a graduate of Bridgewater State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Economics. As a former college football player, Adam knows firsthand the value of teamwork and dedication — qualities that shape the collaborative, team-first professional he is today. Known for his sharp attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and tireless work ethic, Adam brings a genuine care for his clients and colleagues to everything he does at ZeroTo20.

Accountant

As a Staff Accountant at Zeroto20, Izzy supports general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting. She earned her B.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Vermont in May 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading.

Sr. FP&A Manager

Kevin brings 10 years of FP&A experience at high-growth tech companies, specializing in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic finance partnership for scaling businesses. When he's not stress-testing assumptions, you can find him stress-testing his backhand on the tennis court.

FP&A Analyst

Henry hails from Vail and holds a business degree from Northeastern University. An expert skier, with experience across venture capital, investment banking, and early-stage startups.
